Risk Assessment

For your project, create a risk assessment document. You are responsible for the formatting. It should be a separate document than your project plan.

Minimum content:

• Minimum of 4 risks, each detailing a mitigation strategy
• Minimum of 1 opportunity.
• Quad chart

All risks/opportunities should be in the "If ________, then ________" format.
Quad charts should be similar to the following, but containing the number of risks in each box:
