Materials to help you prepare for your exams

For each exam, we'll post materials to help you prepare for that exam. In particular, we will be explicit about the concepts you should be able to apply for that exam.

Since the details of what is covered on each exam changes from term to term, we'll wait until we get closer to each exam before posting materials for that exam here.

  • And here is a Solution to those Practice Problems for you to check your work AFTER you work the problems. (They are no good to you as PRACTICE if you go straight to the answers! So WORK THE PROBLEMS FIRST!)

  • Be sure you would (now) get 100 percent on Exam 1 (paper-and-pencil AND computer parts)! Understand ALL its concepts!

  • The two “pascal” problems in your Session 15 project are also excellent practice problems for Exam 2.
