3. [20 min] Interactive Development Environments (IDEs):
   • What are they?
   • Why use one?
   • Our IDE -- Eclipse, and why we chose it
   • Basic concepts in Eclipse: Workspace, Workbench. Files, folders, projects. Views, editors, perspectives
   • Make a new project, adding a new module, writing a program and running it.
4. [10 min] Version Control:
   • What is it? What are its benefits?
   • How does it work? Checkout. The Update, Edit, Update, Commit cycle.
   • Our version control system - Subversion.
   • Checkout out our first project
5. [5 min] Break
6. [5 min] Functions. Names, expressions, and output statements. The hello module.
7. [20 min] Parts of programs -- The chaos module.
8. [10 min] The software development process. The temperature module.
9. [15 min] Finish daily quiz and point out homework to them.
