3. Implement a Python program that creates a graphical scene. Your scene must include some animation. Name your program homework1.py.

   Turn in instructions:

   1. Find the drop box on the course Angel page, under Lessons → Homework → Homework 1 → HW1 Drop Box
   2. Enter a one paragraph description of your scene in the Message field.
   3. Upload your homework1.py program to the drop box on Angel.
