CSSE 120 — Introduction to Software Development, Robotics

Reminder: for each class session and associated homework:

• Where you do your work:
  • In Eclipse in the project that you checked out for that session.
  • Paper and pencil quizzes that you receive in class (but can also access from the homework assignment).
• If you have questions: Email csse120-staff@rose-hulman.edu.
• Best place and time to do the homework:

  CSSE lab (Moench Hall, rooms D-219 and F-217)
  7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  Sunday — Thursday.

1. Finish Test 1, if you did not finish it in class. You can take up to 75 minutes (1 hour and 15 minutes), at any single sitting you choose, to finish it. Complete it before Monday 7th period. You are on your honor not to get help on it from anyone other than your instructor. If you need more than 75 minutes to complete it, email your instructor to discuss whether it would be helpful to your learning to have extra time.
2. Do the reading and the associated reading quizzes handed out in class (see the quizzes for details of the reading assignments):

   • If you have not already done it, do: Chapter 5, through page 143 (that is, through and including Section 5.7). Do this Chapter 5 Quiz as pdf or Chapter 5 Quiz as Microsoft Word (same document, two forms).
     • Don't spend forever on the reading. Use the quiz to focus your attention.
     • It is likely that there are problems on the quiz that you won't know the answer to. That's fine — just ask in class about those problems.
   Note: If you lost your quizzes, you can reprint them by following the links above.
   • Do the TODO's in ALL the modules of today's project, if you did not complete them in class.
