CSSE 120 — Introduction to Software Development, Robotics

Reminder: for each class session and associated homework:

• Where you do your work:
  • In Eclipse in the project that you checked out for that session.
  • Paper and pencil quizzes that you receive in class (but can also access from the homework assignment).
• If you have questions: Email csse120-staff@rose-hulman.edu.
• Best place and time to do the homework:

  CSSE lab (Moench Hall, room F-217)
  7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  Sunday — Thursday.

1. If there are any problems or quizzes from previous sessions that you have not done, complete them now.
   • Including the robot problems. But for the robot problems:
     • Do the robot problems in Session07_Sequences. Ignore the robot problems before Session07_Sequences -- they are (roughly) duplicates of the ones in Session07_Sequences.
     • It is OK to use the simulator if you can't get your Bluetooth working right yet.
   • Including the Session08_MoreSequences problems.
   • I may add a Session09 project with problems for you to read (but not do).
2. Do the following reading and associated quizzes:
   • The rest of Chapter 5 (you had previously been assigned to read through page 143, that is, through and including Section 5.7). Do this Chapter 5 (Part 2) Quiz as pdf or Chapter 5 (Part 2) Quiz as Microsoft Word (same document, two forms). [QUIZ NOT READY YET.]
   • Chapter 7. Do this Chapter 7 Quiz as pdf or Chapter 7 Quiz as Microsoft Word (same document, two forms). [QUIZ NOT READY YET.]
     • Don't spend forever on the reading. Use the quizzes to focus your attention.
     • It is likely that there are problems on the quizzes that you won't know the answer to. That's fine — just ask in class about those problems.
