Dominique Ware served as defensive line coach for the first Rose-Hulman football conference championship team in 25 years during the 2013 season.
Ware, entering his second season as defensive line coach in the upcoming 2014 campaign, helped coach Dean Griffing to first-team all-conference and third-team all-North Region honors. Griffing also made an appearance in the DIII Senior Classic All-Star Game in December. The defensive line also included an honorable mention all-league honoree in D.J. Lawson.
Prior to Rose-Hulman, Ware spent two seasons at Western Michigan University, where he served as a defensive quality control coach and assisted with defensive linemen. He served on the coaching staff at the Little Caesar's Pizza Bowl in 2011 for Western Michigan's matchup with Purdue University and also handled much of the program's social media efforts.
Ware played college football at the University of Michigan under head coach Rich Rodriguez from 2008-11. He earned a varsity letter for the Wolverines in 2011 and helped with preparation for Denard Robinson and the Michigan offensive unit for Big Ten play. Ware was named game captain for the rivalry game against Michigan State in 2011.
Ware earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 2011 and and completed a master's degree in coaching sport performance from Western Michigan University in 2013.
