Butterworth Impulse Invariant design via Matlab
Example 7.2 on page 502 shows how to do an impulse invariant design. The following Matlab code shows how to do an analog Butterworth design and then convert it to digital using the impinvar command. I think this introduces too many new things to be of use at this point.
