Demonstrates the spectrum of a simple down sampled signal.
  1. Increase the decimating factor to 3. What happens?
  2. Continue to increase the decimating factor. At what point can't the orginal signal be reproduced? Why?
  3. Now adjust the sampling rate fs until the signal can be reproduced? Why does this rate work?
