I think we should come up with a format of how the reviews should be done since there will be several of them.

Team Member Name - List of team members, one per row, working with you
- Software Manager - Other managers on the team, team leaders
- Subcontract Manager - Subcontract teams (do not need to list out individual names)
- Role Team Leader - role team members
