Accomplishments

• The Requirements document was finalized
• The Design document is near completion; all but some of the detailed designs was completed.
• The Software Manual was updated for the current code that was created
• The Software Code is near completion; most graphical screens have been done.

Problems Encountered

• Some members of teams did not fully participate in the project.
• Miscommunication between teams.  Ensure as software manager that all teams are on the same page even if you think they are.  More communication is better than lack of.

Software Process Improvements

Recommendations for Next Semester

• First, start off by having the team review and understand the requirements document.
• Then move on to the design document.  Finish the detailed designs for it.
• With people that aren't working on detailed designs, assign some of them to start working on testing while a few finish the needed software code.
