• Measure the radial magnetic field of anti-helmholtz coils using a search coil and rotational motion detector.
• Build and test a tsunami water tank (variable depth rectangular container) (EJP 2007)
  
• Iodine molecular constants from laser excitation (see Dr. Granieri. Did not work last year. Maybe could work this year with improvements.)
• Build a dunking bird of the 2nd kind  (AJP June 04)
• Infrared with a webcam (AJP Oct 05)

• Measure liquid refractive index using laser beam displacement (Applied Optics, Nov 92)
