Jerry Fine is an Associate Professor
of Mechanical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre
Haute, Indiana. (More importantly, he is the recently appointed and completely
unofficial Associate Dean of Mountaineering at Rose-Hulman.) Dr. Fine's
faithful associate, Lee Waite, teaches Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering
at this same flat-land institute.
