Examine feasibility of using electro-magnetic based actuator for high isolation millisecond optical switching.  Design and construct for 1x3 fiber-optic electro-magnetic switch to be used in the TTD of 1320 nm beamformer prototype.  Design the necessary electronics for proper timing and sequencing of the switch.
