Phase Modulation Using a LiNbO3 Crystal Team

Design and construct a phase modulator using three y-cut LiNbO3 crystals. Cut and polish the crystals with  proper orientation. Place electrodes in the crystal. Build a board to mount the modulator and for providing the proper impedance matching. Measure modulator characteristics at 1310 nm, such as half-wave voltage and bandwidth.
