If there are strange characters, it may be the result of encoding -- a setting on your browser. On Internet Explorer, you can fix this by going to the "VIEW" menu and then selecting "ENCODING". The setting that works best for me is "auto-select" and "Unicode." This removed all of the strange characters. If this setting change helps, it should change as you watch.
