1. Construct the n=0 through n=3 stages of the Koch island.
2. Construct the n=0 through n=3 stages of the Sierpinski gasket
3. Construct the n=0 through n=3 stages of the Sierpinski carpet.
4. Compute the similarity dimension of the Menger sponge.
5. All four of these objects have topoligical dimension one. Comment on the possibility of using them to model natural phenomena.
