Welcome to my website !!

I came to Rose Hulman in 2001 and have found Rose to be a special place with great students and colleagues. I presently have a combined administrative and academic appointments serving as Dean of Innovation and Engagement and Professor of Engineering Management.  In the Dean position, I focus on innovation initiatives such as the Branam Innovation Center and external engagement activities including Continuing and Professional Studies.

Before Rose, I worked in industry in both small and large companies.  Most recently I was Chief Operating Officer at Montronix serving in a variety of technical, operational, and business management roles. 

I am currently intrigued with the topic of innovation and developing approaches to inspire innovation in educational and professional settings.
