BiArc Applet
DIRECTIONS: In this applet, you create a circular spline from biarcs. A biarc is a smooth piecewise circular curve created from two points p0 and p1 and tangent vectors v0 and v1 at p0 and p1 respectively. The applet creates the biarc by placing two pairs of control points. Each pair defines a point and a tangent vector, with the first giving the point and the second giving the tangent vector as the vector from the first point to the second point.
