Laboratory 5 -
Introduction to RT-Pro NOTE: This lab can be done at any time. It will be due Friday at 5:00. You are not required to come to class on Wednesday if you are going to the Career Fair. You can check out the equipment from Ray Bland and get a plate from me. After completing the prelab you should have enough information to do the lab without any guidance from me, although I am glad to answer questions if you have any. Laboratory 6 - Modal Test of a plate Files for combining
FRFs (use right mouse and "save target as"): This is another version of
these files, except it combines all the .uff files in a particular directory.
You just put it in the directory where all your .uff
files are located, and it combines them into a .uff
with whatever filename you specify. Laboratory 7 - Modal Test of a bracket Here are my files from the modal test of a bracket if you want to look at the geometery and the DOFlist.
Geometry/tracelines/DOFlist in a text file Laboratory 9 - Here are some .pdfs of some modal analysis presentations. These were from students working at Los Alamos National Laboratory in the summer so they do not necessarily contain everything that your presentation should include. The main point of giving them to you is so you can see how to do a presentation with no bullets.
