THE BEST!

The purpose of this web site is to demonstrate how we went about solving a projectile motion problem. In order to accurately predict how a projectile will behave, we had to write a unique code in MatLab that would model it given our specific parameters. The launching apparatus was a tube that, when a vacuum was applied, would launch a projectile across the gym. In order to create this program, we employed a specific problem solving strategy. We decided how the program was going to run and then wrote it.  All in all, we were able to conquer the problem. We hit the target, not in the middle, but as close as we could. A general depiction of the projectile that we had to model is shown below.
