Financial Aid Office, H104, Hadley Hall
Staff members from the Financial Aid Office will be available to answer any questions that you have concerning financial aid.

8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES

Business Office, A102, Moench Hall
Staff will be on hand to answer any questions about your bill and take payments.

8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. STUDENT INSURANCE SERVICES

B109, Moench Hall
Get your questions concerning RHIT student health insurance answered by the staff.

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. RESIDENCE HALL CHECK-IN

Resident students and their parents will check in at the student's assigned residence hall.

2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION

In front of Deming Hall on the east end
Stop by the Parents’ Association tent to get a snow cone and get information from experienced parents.

2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. COMMUTER & TRANSFER STUDENT REGISTRATION

Student Affairs Office, HMU 145, Hulman Union
Commuting & off campus transfer students and their parents should check in and pick up your packet on the lower level of the Student Union.

3:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. CAMPUS TOURS

Hulman Union Patio
Upperclass students will be giving tours of the campus. Tours will depart from the Union patio near the umbrella tables every fifteen minutes beginning at 3:00 p.m.

4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. COMMUTER & TRANSFER STUDENT DINNER MEETING

Faculty Dining Room, HMU 217, Hulman Union
Transfer students (not living in the residence halls) and commuters will go through the student line to get dinner and take it to the Faculty Dining Room to meet with the VP & Dean of Students, Assistant VP for Student Affairs, Dean for Student Services and the Assistant Director of Admissions to answer your questions and get you connected with your classmates.

7:30 p.m. PARENTS' BINGO

Vonderschmitt Dining Room, HMU 142, Hulman Union
This fun event will give parents time to get to know one another and have fun playing bingo for prizes while enjoying nachos.

If you sent in your reservations and payment your name will be on the reservation list as you enter the dining room. If you don’t have reservations you can pay as you go through the line. Please report at your assigned time to keep waiting to a minimum. Dining Services will be serving many more people than our facilities are designed to handle. This is free time for students and parents to visit and experience a typical meal. Parents are free to leave but may stay for dinner if they would like. Parents may pay for their meal as they go through the line.
