RENSSELAER, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology improved to 13-6 on the women's tennis season with a
6-3 victory over St. Joseph's College on Sunday.
Freshman Sam Danesis (Akron, Ohio/Revere)
and sophomore Maritza Gonzalez (Vancouver, Wash.) led the
effort with wins in both singles and doubles play.
Other singles winners for the Engineers included
sophomore Katy Zawadski (Yorktown) and senior Victoria
Lee (Indianapolis/ Indiana Academy).
Rose-Hulman improved to 13-6 on the season and
travels to Earlham College on March 31.
