In the Semifinals, Hanover held the lead after the doubles matches 2-1.  But Rose-Hulman tied it up at 4 a piece with sophomore Katy Zawadski (Yorktown) down 5-1 in the third set and later faced three match points before rallying to earn a 7-5 win and a 5-4 team victory to advance to the Championship match.

In the Championship match, Rose-Hulman scored wins by freshmen Sam Danesis (Akron, Ohio/Revere) and Julie Hopkins (Terre Haute/ Northview/ Saddlebrook Acad.) in doubles 8-2  and Danesis 6-2, 6-2 in singles before falling 5-2, for a second place conference final.
