Rose-Hulman swept the top three singles positions to earn the victory over Anderson.  Freshman Sam Danesis (Akron, Ohio/Revere) earned a 6-1, 6-3 win over Kerry Lennartz at No. 1, freshman Julie Hopkins (Terre Haute/Northview/ Saddlebrook Academy) topped Rachel Koontz at No. 2 by a 6-2, 6-0 score and junior Mandy Grantz (Rapid City, S.D./Stevens) claimed a No. 3 win by a 6-4, 6-1 margin over Laura Jay.

The No. 1 doubles team of Danesis and sophomore Katy Zawadski (Yorktown) claimed an 8-6 victory over Koontz and Rachel Makin, before Zawadski secured the win with a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Mandy Hackney at the No. 5 position.

Against Manchester, Danesis and Hopkins earned singles victories and combined on a doubles win for the Engineer points.

Rose-Hulman travels to Oakland City for an afternoon match on Sunday.
