ADA, OHIO – Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology junior Jesse Evans (Rose City, Mich.) earned third-place honors at the competitive Ohio Northern Invitational to lead the team effort on Saturday.

Evans compiled a 5-1 record with one pin against a field containing NCAA Division II, III and NAIA wrestlers.  His top victory was a 1-0 decision over No. 6 seeded Kenny Bluska in the quarterfinals.

Sophomore Ryan Schalk (Centreville, Va.) added a 3-2 record at 157 pounds, with three wins by decision.  Eighth-seeded Tyler Goble (Bloomington/South) added a pair of wins for Rose-Hulman.
