Linda Sears
Linda "Flo" Sears has enabled the Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology athletic department to operate smoothly since her
arrival in 1974.
Sears, the most experienced member of the athletic staff, has
supported Rose-Hulman teams with her administrative efforts and
support in the stands for more than 25 years.
Sears was the inaugural recipient of the Rosie Award in May
1993. The award honors a woman who has contributed to the
success of the athletic department through her tireless
dedication and commitment, and has been presented annually for
more than a decade.
Sears acquired an
associate's secretarial degree from Indiana State University.
