Keith Crawford enters his second season as men's and women's swimming and diving coach at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology this season.

Crawford, the fourth head coach in program history, came to Rose-Hulman after five seasons at NCAA Division III Monmouth College in Illinois. He earned Men's Coach of the Year honors in the Midwest Conference in 2007 and 2008 after leading the team to second-place finishes.

In 2009, Crawford helped lead Rose-Hulman to a strong third-place men's finish in the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin Championships.

Crawford has coached a total of nine individual and relay conference champions, while having teams recognized for their academic accomplishments by the College Swimming Coaches Association during his coaching career.

Prior to his time at Monmouth, Crawford earned a bachelor's with a double major in history and secondary education from Xavier University in 2001. He also completed a master's degree in recreation and sport management at Indiana State University in 2003.
