Jordan Goslee - HCAC Pitcher of the Week

TERRE HAUTE, IND. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology freshman Jordan Goslee (St. Joseph, Mich.) has earned Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Softball Player of the Week honors for her efforts in last week's pair of doubleheaders.

Goslee recorded a perfect 3-0 record with a pair of complete victories last week. She tossed 20.1 innings with a 3.10 earned run average, allowing 27 hits and nine earned runs.

Goslee recorded 13 strikeouts and added a key win in relief vs. Franklin to keep the team's HCAC Tourney hopes alive.

On the season, Goslee has a record of 11-8 with an earned run average of 4.62.  She has pitched 127.2 innings with 92 strikeouts and just 32 walks allowed.

During the 2007 campaign, Goslee has established a single-game school record with 12 strikeouts against Bluffton and ranks third on the Engineer single-season list in wins and strikeouts.

Rose-Hulman stands 13-21 on the season and needs Hanover to sweep Manchester on Wednesday and have Defiance sweep Bluffton in a make-up twinbill this week to qualify for the HCAC Tournament.
