Men's Cross Country Team Finishes 6th of 12 Teams at Otterbein Invitational

Matt Repking placed fourth in the competitive Otterbein Invitational.

WESTERVILLE, OHIO -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's cross country team placed sixth in the 12-team Otterbein Invitational on Saturday.

Junior Matt Repking (Effingham, Ill./Teutopolis) came home fourth overall in the meet with a time of 27:03 to lead Rose-Hulman's effort.

Senior Charles Williams (Bloomington/North) came home second among Engineers and 37th overall with a time of 28:18.

Freshman Kyle Beaty (Needham/Triton Central) came home third among Rose-Hulman runners and 47th overall in a time of 28:40.

The Engineers return to action at the Earlham Invitational on Sept. 30.
