Tim Bennetts enters his first season as the head men's golf coach and begins his third year on the men's basketball coaching staff this season.

Prior to coming to Rose-Hulman, Bennetts served as a head coach and player at various levels in his native New Zealand.

As a player, Bennetts played for a high school team that finished seventh in the nation. He then coached two years at successful Middleton Grange H.S., before serving as as an assistant for the Canterbury Rams semipro team.

Bennetts also earned a master's degree in sports coaching at Indiana State University in May 2007.

Pina Lissaman

Pina Lissaman moves into the head women's golf position and starts her second year on the basketball coaching staff at Rose-Hulman this season.

Lissaman enters her 10th year coaching basketball after a distinguished career in New Zealand. Her accomplishments include a national nomination as Volunteer Coach of the Year and several provincial nominees for Coach of the Year.

Lissaman led the men’s basketball premier team to a provincial title and has also coached a pair of under 18 women’s teams to first place finishes at the national level.

Lissaman holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Canterbury University and a Teaching Diploma at the elementary level.
