  Rose-Hulman News Rose-Hulman Opens Season with 5th at Anderson
 

Amelia Dasovich led Rose-Hulman with a sixth place.

ANDERSON, IND. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology women's golf team opened the 2007 season with a fifth-place finish in the eight-team Anderson Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.

Senior Amelia Dasovich (St. Paul, Minn.) led the Engineers with a sixth-place finish and a two-day score of 161.  Dasovich shot an opening round 79 on Saturday, then fired an 82 on Sunday.

Sophomore Stephanie Harrington (Katy, Texas/ Cinco Ranch) placed just behind Dasovich in seventh place at 162.  Harrington matched the opening day 79 and shot an 83 on Sunday.

Rose-Hulman returns to action at the Hanover Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.
