The Rose-Hulman Office of Publications is
involved in more than 200 publications annually, assisting with printed
pieces ranging from a business card to the alumni magazine. The office can
supply the following services:
- Concept development
- Writing
- Editing/Proofreading
- Design
- Photography
- Print Coordination
- Cost analysis/estimates
Samples of our work include the
Echoes alumni magazine, the Catalyst newsletter for high schools, the
“You’ve known it since you were a kid” viewbook, development publications
and academic brochures.
While there is no charge for services
provided by the office
staff, clients will need to pay for their own printing and photography (if
outside photographers are used). Also, clients will need to pay for design
fees if an outside designer is used.
In addition to assisting with the above
services, the office also maintains a collection of hundreds of campus
photographs, seals and logos. These are available in digital and/or print
formats.
Of importance to most staff and faculty are
business cards. Contact Diann Ringo at ext. 8442 or via e-mail at
diann.ringo@rose-hulman.edu
to expedite printing or reprinting of your business card.
The publications director coordinates the
creation of electronic newsletters that are an effective way to communicate
with the target audience such as prospective students or state opinion
leaders.
Graphic design
is critical to successful delivery of
the intended message to the target
audience. We provide a variety of
graphic design services for electronic
media and print materials used to
promote Rose-Hulman.
For assistance with your other publication needs, contact
Bryan Taylor, executive director of communications and marketing,
