This award is given annually to an outstanding sophomore physics major in honor of C. Leroy Mason who was a dedicated and inspiring teacher who served as professor of physics from 1945 to 1966. This award began in 1977 and this year=s recipient is Erin E. Hudson. Erin is from Wenatchee, Washington, and is a graduate of Wenatchee High School.
