The Rose
Thorn is the college's
weekly student-produced
newspaper. The Rose Thorn
affords the student an
opportunity to express
thoughts, ideas, and
criticisms on all aspects of
student life. It is
published by and for the
students of the college and
gives the student staff the
freedom of expression that
every college campus needs.
Membership in the Rose Thorn
is open to all Rose-Hulman
students who have a desire
to work as staff members in
advertising, reporting,
circulation, photography, or
