For family and friends
Please be our guest at the Senior Celebration Reception the day before commencement. Then let commencement, well, commence! Here are some helpful tips for your celebration.
- Guest seating: Tickets are not required to attend commencement. As a courtesy to all guests, we ask that you not hold seats for others. If you require handicap access or seating for hearing impaired, you may request it in advance by contacting the Kim Jones in the Office of Student Affairs by e-mail or by phone at 812-877-8472. Handicap parking is also available.
- Photographs and videos: The Sports and Recreation Center is not suited for long-range photography, especially flash photography. A professional photographer from Graduation Images will be present on stage at the ceremony to take a photograph of each graduate as he or she receives the diploma from the president. You will receive a free proof of this photo in the mail. Questions about photos? Call Graduation Images at 800-424-3686 or visit their website. A video of the ceremony will also be available for purchase for $35 from Dason's Video. Graduates will receive order forms in advance or you may contact Dason's Video to place an order: 3940 N. Bobwhite Street, Terre Haute, IN 47805, 812-239-4207, mdason@frontier.com.
- Live webcast: Can't attend? You can still watch! A live webcast of the ceremony will be broadcast beginning at 10:30 a.m.
- Lodging and dining: The Terre Haute Convention and Visitors Bureau has gathered all the information you need for lodging or eating out.
