Guests are welcome to use the Logan Library

Rose-Hulman welcomes other students and patrons to the
library.
The following policies apply:
Using reference terminals
For security reasons, all users must have a username and
password to log in to our reference terminals. Guests are assigned
temporary usernames and passwords at the Circulation Desk. You must
have a photo ID (driver's license or student ID) in order to obtain
a username and password. Once you have obtained a guest username
and password, you will have full access to Rose-Hulman's research
databases.
Printing services
Printing is free in the Logan Library. However, as we ask our
own students to be responsible about the volume of printing and to
keep print jobs to those of an educational nature, we ask the same
of our guests. Logan Library staff reserves the right to restrict
printing privileges if we feel this privilege is being abused.
Indiana State and Saint Mary-of-the-Woods students
If you are an ISU or SMWC student, you may borrow items from
Rose-Hulman with your student ID. You are already in the system, so
checking out items from Rose-Hulman is as simple as checking items
out from your own institution. Items may be dropped off at
Rose-Hulman or at your library's Interlibrary Loan Department.
Other non-Rose-Hulman patrons
If you are in the community but not affiliated with Rose-Hulman,
ISU or Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, you may use our databases and
consult books in the library. To borrow an item, you must go to
your home library and submit an Interlibrary loan request.
