Emerging Digital Technologies

The Emerging Digital Technologies department assists faculty, staff, and students in producing multimedia projects and web-based resources. By providing personalized training and access to equipment, our campus community has both the resources and the skills to produce high-quality multimedia/web-based products. At the Emerging Digital Technologies department, you can:

• Scan nearly anything–from slides to large documents
• Digitize older media to electronic formats
• Obtain advice on choosing technologies for learning and archival purposes
• Receive training in video production and editing, from concept to product
• Receive training in and assistance with webconferencing and webcasting
• Webstream your live campus event
• Gain assistance with embedded file types for multimedia and web-based presentations
• Try or obtain a license for screencapture software
• Borrow an iPad or a tablet computer
