Basic Machine Requirements and Connection Information
Basic Requirements:
Adobe Connect will be the system for our virtual conference. Prior to the conference, please check the following basic requirements (recommended by Adobe) for connecting to our online system:
- A wired DSL /cable or other high-speed Internet connection is recommended
- A web browser (Internet Explorer is recommended, but Safari, Firefox, and Chrome are supported as well)
- Adobe Flash Player version 10.1 or greater to attend our virtual conference (Adobe Connect supports nearly any operating system including Windows, Macintosh, Linux and Solaris)
The latest version of Flash Player can be downloaded at http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

There are four separate tests (Flash Player version, network connectivity to the Adobe Connect Server, available bandwidth, and Adobe Connect Meeting Add-in version) to be conducted when visiting the above website. It is important to pass the first three tests. The fourth test, "Adobe Connect Meeting Add-in" Test, would likely indicate "Not Installed" but this is not required (optional) for participating in the conference sessions.
