Registration

Please check in at the registration table located in the Olin Lobby. The Registration table will be open during the following times:

Sunday, April 1^st - 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Monday, April 2^nd - 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, April 3^rd - 7:30 a.m. - 2:20 p.m.

Lodging

We have reserved blocks of rooms at local hotels. Reservations must be made before March 1, 2012 to receive the discounted rate of $99.00 per night.  The name of the block is RosEvaluation Conference.  See lodging for complete list of hotels in the Terre Haute area.

Campus tours

Campus Tours will be available throughout the duration of the conference. Tours will take approximately 30 minutes. If you would like a tour, please meet in the Olin Lobby by the sign "Campus Tours." Campus Tours will be available during Sunday registration, 5pm-7pm and at the start of each session on Monday and Tuesday.

Rose-Hulman student workers

There will be Rose-Hulman student workers in all sessions and located throughout the conference to help you if have any questions or a need arises. They will be recognizable by their Rose-Hulman polo shirts.

Session breaks

Breaks will be provided throughout the conference. This will give you an opportunity to have a snack and network with other conference attendees. Restroom facilities are located next to room O 257 (men's restroom) and O 157 (women's restroom).

The snack table is located on the first floor by the stairs. Water, coffee and tea will be offered during the sessions, and a light snack will be provided during the designated break times.

Restaurants & Local Attractions

At registration you will receive a Terre Haute Visitor's Guide in that lists additional restaurants as well as things to do or see in the area. Learn more about the Terre Haute area here.

Signs will guide you to free parking on the campus of Rose-Hulman. Upon entering the campus, make a left and park in the first parking lot on your left. Please follow the signs that will lead you to the location of the conference registration.
