Welcome to Human Resources

The Office of Human Resources serves the Rose-Hulman faculty and staff as well as those looking for employment at our Institute. We are also the primary resource for students looking to work on campus. We coordinate the hiring process but we are also focused on the evolving needs of our current employees. Human Resources provides ongoing employee development opportunities and serves as a reliable source of information for all Rose-Hulman employees.

Work experience enables you as a student, to explore career options, discover strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, and to see how your academic learning applies to the world of work. Not only will you be able to earn money to help pay for your educational expenses, the work experience you gain may make you more marketable to potential employers after you graduate.
