Executive Board

		Wilson Kurian CEO Wilson Kurian is a senior triple majoring in Computer Science, Software Engineering and Economics. Wilson helped co-found RISE because of his passion for innovation & start up culture. Working at two start-ups himself, Wilson felt that his peers and friends should have the ability to learn about & participate in creating the innovations that will shape tomorrow.

		Nick Birch CFO Nick is a junior Mechanical Engineering major. His interest in entrepreneurship began in high school when he worked for a successful entrepreneur, and hopes to one day have the opportunity to be involved in a startup. On campus, Nick is a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity, Lacrosse Club Team, and is on the Student Affairs and Quality of Education Committees. Nick enjoys running, coaching baseball, and volunteering in his free time.

		Victoria Congnan Zheng CTO Victoria Zheng is a senior double majoring in Computer Science and Software Engineering. She has participated in three different internships and co-operations and really enjoyed the startup culture in the San Francisco area. She is very excited about RISE and sees great potential to serve the campus and get more people interested in entrepreneurship through this club.

		Ryan Rieboldt VP of Marketing Ryan Rieboldt is a junior Mechanical Engineering student. He plays on the Men's Varsity Soccer team and enjoys watching soccer as much as he can. He is also a member of Triangle Fraternity, the Career Fair Team, and Habitat for Humanity. He is looking forward to help spread the word about RISE and seeing it grow!

		Eric Sha Tao VP of Human Resources Eric Tao, Junior CS major, VP of Human Resources. Outside of RISE, Eric is involved with: the Society Of Asian Scientists And Engineers, Orientation Leaders, and the Diversity Collaborative. Eric also enjoys Adele, NBA and being an entrepreneur.

		Bryce Filho CEC Bryce Filho was born in San Bernardino, California, andgrew up in Colorado Springs, Co and attended Lewis Palmer High School during which he experienced his first startup "company". His startup experience began when he was faced with the problem of unemployment. To solve this problem he started a lawn care service called Monument Yard Workers which soon turned into a 6 person "company". He started his Rose-Hulman career in the fall of 2010 as a Computer Engineer. He plays on the men's varsity soccer team. He is a member of the career fair team and the High Speed Computing Committee. He is also the Rose Building Undergraduate Diversity Intern. The enjoyment of starting a "company", led to his first engineering job in the summer of 2011 when he worked as a Software Developer for the startup company SolidFire Inc. During the summer of 2012 he took a job as a Systems team intern for the startup company StandingCloud Inc. He aspires to start and run a company after working elsewhere for several years.

		Chad Conway Consultant Chad Conway is a senior mechanical engineering major who has been involved in numerous activities throughout his time at Rose. He takes an entrepreneurial outlook on life and tries to find things that need help and push them forward to success. After he spent two summers at the successful electric sports car start-up Tesla Motors, Chad Conway founded RISE with Wilson Kurian. Conway sensed a voracious curiosity for start-ups on campus. He sought to quickly use this excitement and funnel it into a supportive community and education for Rose-Hulman entrepreneurs.

		John Munson Consultant John Muson is a Junior civil engineering major with a strong interest in entrepreneurship. He plays varsity soccer, is an active member of Triangle Fraternity, he is the President of the Rose ASCE student chapter, and I'm the Vice President of film club. My hometown is Bloomington, IL.
