About the Workshop
We are instructors and mentors of a student body that will be released into a global workplace. As a result, we see the value of modeling behaviors that reflect a greater intercultural competence.
Kay Coder gives participants the opportunity to experience a tried and tested approach for enhancing intercultural competence. The two 3.5-hour sessions are each based on one of the six stages in the Bennett's Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS). You will experience the first two interactive sessions.
