Sponsorship Opportunities for 2013-2014
We have several different ways to create exposure for your organization in a fun, lively, and informal atmosphere. These events attract large numbers of students and provide you with intense company marketing. Your contribution directly supports the department hosting the event and the Career Services office.

The following events are available for sponsorship in 2013-2014 academic year:
Sept. 6th 2013 - Cook Out on the Quad - $2,500 ( 6 sponsors)
This is the largest recruitment event of the year! We invite the entire student body to a BBQ in the center of campus to interact with our sponsor in a informal setting. This is a great way to build name recognition and to target students early in the recruitment process. Each company will be provided a 10x10 tent and will be mentioned in all advertising prior to the event. There will be a live band, DJ, door prizes andgiveaways. We are only accepting 6 sponsors for this event. So don’t wait, contact us today!
Sept. 2013 - Computer Science and Software Engineering Annual Picnic - $1,500 (1 sponsor)
This is a great way to have direct contact with students, faculty and staff of the Computer Science and Software Engineering Department during their annual department picnic. Food, Fun and the First chance to interact with CS/SE students and share opportunities that you have for internships, co-ops and full time employment.
Sept. 14th - 1st Home Football Game - $2,500 (1 sponsor)
Be the first company of the year to interact with 800+ students at one of the first sporting events of the year. We will provide you with a 10x10 tent at the entrance of the stadium, advertising prior to the event and food for tailgating. This is a great way to build name recognition on campus and have a chance to interact with students in a relaxed environment.
Sept. 21st - Homecoming—$2,500 (3 sponsors)
Some one say Tailgating? Three sponsors will get the opportunity to showcase their company and share information with 1,200 + students, family and alumni at one of the largest sporting events of the year on campus. We will provide each company with a 10 x10 tent at the entrance of the stadium, advertising prior to the event with company logos and all the fixings for tailgating.
Oct. 2013 - Fall Rock Concert - $4,000 ( 5 sponsors)
Rock it with Rose-Hulman! This is our largest marketing and branding opportunity for the year. Prior to this event your company will be heavily advertised through a variety of advertising mediums. You will have over 1 month of advertising exposure on campus plus an area for a display setup front and center at the concert. This is a great opportunity to mingle with the students prior to the event. This event will be held close to the fall career fair date. Over 1,300 students will attend.
Oct. 5th - Hall of Fame - $2,500 (1 sponsor)
300+ students will be at this home football game as we honor our inductees to the Rose-Hulman Hall of Fame. This is an opportunity to take part in our tradition, display your company and mingle with students.
Oct. 12th - Rose-Hulman Day of Services - $2,500 ( 1 sponsor)
Team up with our students as we reach out across campus and throughout the Terre Haute area during a day of community service. This is a chance for your company to have an impact on our campus and community. Your companies name will be included in all communications and marketing for this event. Your group will get to interact and work side by side with our students.
Nov. 2nd 2013 - Family Weekend - $2,500 ( 1 sponsors)
Get in front of parents and students as they come together for a weekend of fun. Your company will be promoted through advertising and you will have the opportunity to present to 150+ during the event.
Jan. 17th 2014 - Euchre Tournament - $3,000 ( 1 sponsor)
Tournament Time! 64 teams 200+ competitive students. Food, fun and large giveaways / prizes. You will have center stage for your displays and giveaways and a chance to present prior to the event. A great networking opportunity.
Gaming Tournament- $3,000 ( 1 sponsor)
Come one come all for the single elimination tournament and ultimate gaming experience . You pick the platform PlayStation or Xbox. Shall we say Computer Science and Software majors galore! 300+ students, 128 gamers, food, large prizes and giveaways. You will be provided with space for your company to be displayed, advertising prior to the event and an opportunity to interact with the students.
MLK Student Leadership Dinner $3,000 (1 sponsor)
This is your company’s opportunity to get in front of 150+ diverse student leaders, faculty and staff at our annual awards banquet.
