Put your group's ad on our eBoard!
Career Services has an opportunity to help your student organization promote their events!
This electronic display board is mounted in the student union lobby, centrally located to all current and prospective student traffic. It is additionally seen by faculty, staff and any visitors to the building.
You have 2 options for submitting content:
Option One: Graphical Ad
Your ad should be a single graphic, but you can be creative with that space.
Size should be 1600px wide by 900px tall
Accepted file types include .jpg, .gif, .png (.PNG IS OUR DESIRED FORMAT, but we can accept the other types indicated)
Also remember that this is being designed for electronic display on a 46 inch monitor, so colors may vary.
Please be mindful of your audience as well. This board is located in a public building on our campus, serving not only our campus constituents, but also outside visitors. Refrain from any controversial messaging or language. If you are unsure about your content, please be in touch, and we can discuss this more.
Option Two: Upcoming Events
On the left side of the board, we have upcoming events that rotate. Please submit the following information if you wish your event to be included:
- Name of Event
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Office or group that is coordinating the event
- Any sponsor you have for the event
To submit content:
Email Charity Mouck at cmouck@rose-hulman.edu with your file/events and the following information:
- When the ad/event should go up
- When the ad/event should come down
