The mission of the Business and Finance Office is to provide excellent financial and administrative support services to the Rose-Hulman community in a professional and courteous manner.

The Business & Finance Office handles all student billing, tuition and payment issues. We are also your resource for student loan questions and insurance issues. Stop by or call Mon-Fri from 8:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. - we're happy to help.

Trio1_paymentsHow to pay tuition

Tuition payments can be made in the Student Financial Services Office during business hours. Credit card payments can be made by calling 812-877-8296. And tuition can also be paid online (with credit card or e-checks) by logging into the student's Banner account.

Trio2_tuitionTuition deadlines

Rose-Hulman runs on a trimester schedule: Fall, Winter and Spring. Tuition is due three times a year. All payments must be received in the Student Financial Services Office by 5:00pm on the due date.

All entering undergraduate students are required to purchase a laptop computer specified by the Institute. This computer is chosen to ensure compatibility with the campus computing environment, equipment and academic program requirements.
