Members of the Financial Aid Office staff will be available to answer any questions that you have concerning financial aid

Staff will be on hand to answer any questions that you have about your invoice and to take payments.

Get your questions answered concerning RHIT student health insurance.

Resident students and their parents will check in at the student's assigned residence hall.

Parents' Association Information Table

In front of Deming hall on the east end

Stop by the Parents' Association tent to get a snow cone and get information from experienced parents.

Commuter & Transfer Student Registration

Student Affairs Office, HMU 145, Hulman Union

Commuting & transfer students should check-in on the lower level of the Union and get your student ID taken.

3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Campus Tours

Patio, Hulman Union

Tours of the campus will be given by upperclass students.  Meet near the umbrella tables.  A tour will depart every fifteen minutes beginning at 3:00 p.m.

4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.

Commuter & Transfer Student Dinner Meeting

Faculty Dining Room, HMU 208, Hulman Union

Transfer students and Commuters will go through the student line to get dinner and take it to the Faculty Dining Room to meet with the VP & Dean of Students, Associate VP for Student Affairs, Dean for Student Services and Assistant Director of Admission to answer your questions and get you connected with your classmates.

Parents' Reception

This is an informal gatherinf for parents to meet with other parents.

Vonderschmidt Dining Room, HMU 216, Hulman Union                                                                               This is free time for students and parents to visit and experience a typical meal.  Parents are free to leave but may stay for dinner if they would like.  Paren'ts may pay for their  meal as they go through the line.
