Crossroads Regional 06FIRST® Robotics Scholarship

In support of the FIRST mission, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology is offering three merit-based scholarships, each for $10,000, to high school seniors who have participated on a FIRST team during their school career. This scholarship may be applied to any undergraduate course of study at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. The scholarship is renewable up to a total of $40,000 over four years, contingent upon maintaining good academic standing. Each recipient must meet the regular academic requirements for admission to the Institute. If interested, please print the application for the  FIRST Robotics Scholarship.

Receiving a scholarship can have a big impact on deciding which college to attend or whether or not it's affordable. Rose-Hulman is one of many institutions that offers scholarship opportunities for your FIRST involvement.

FIRST® Robotics Competition (FRC®) team members:

FIRST® team members are highly valued

As a FIRST® team member, you know the value of a FIRST team experience. We now know that many colleges and universities also recognize the value of the program and the quality of student it attracts. They recognize that FIRST team members are passionate about science and technology, and that FIRST students develop critical life skills including problem solving, time management, teamwork and the appreciation of diversity. These scholarship providers agree that students with FIRST experience are better equipped to succeed in college.

Don't miss out. Any high school junior or senior participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition may be eligible. Most applications are due between January and April, but make sure to pay close attention to individual scholarship submission deadline dates.
