Conducting interviews on campus
We are equipped to host your company for on-campus interviews in private interview rooms located in our office almost anytime during our academic year. Occasionally, such as the day after a Career Fair, we need to host some companies in semi-private conference interview rooms throughout campus. We can coordinate your schedule for you, helping you preselect candidates prior to your visit.
Can't come to campus but would like our students to still have the convenience of an on-campus interview? We can also set you up to interview via Skype.
Our CareerLink system makes the interview process easy for both you and the student. Requests for an interview date are made through the system; once approved, the students then apply online, and the ones selected will then sign up for an interview through CareerLink as well. Register with Career Link. If you wish to interview on-campus, you must be a registered employer on CareerLink to post jobs and participate in on-campus recruiting.
After gaining access to CareerLink, you will be able to:
- Request on-campus schedules and recruiting events.
- Post your jobs for on-campus interviewing.
- View/print your interview schedules.

*NOTE: To ensure ample time for resume submission, we recommend that you complete the online job posting process through CareerLink as early as possible. The earlier your schedules are viewable to students, the greater your chances are for maximum response from qualified and interested candidates.
