The following traffic/parking changes will be enforced on Saturday, May 25 for commencement:

8-11 a.m. -- No parking will be allowed in the fire lane adjacent to Baur-Sames-Bogart (BSB) residence hall. . This area must be kept clear of vehicles in preparation for the commencement procession. No loading of vehicles can be allowed adjacent to the building at this time. This does not prevent individuals from loading their vehicles while parked in the large lots.

10 a.m. -- The main entrance, the roadway leading to Hatfield Hall, and the roadway directly south of Olin Hall will completely close to all traffic. The south portion of campus is closed to ensure the safety of all campus community  members involved in the procession. You can still enter and exit the campus by using the entrance just east of campus (near the gas station) and park on the Moench/Myers hall parking lot on the east side of campus.

10:30 a.m. -- All campus roadways will be closed to traffic until the commencement procession enters the Sports and Recreation Center. The only exception will be the east gas station entrance and the Moench/Myers parking lot.

11 a.m. -- All campus roadways will open and traffic flow will return to normal.

PARKING: The Sports and Recreation Center west parking lot will be the designated handicap parking area (approximately 90 spaces available). The east Cook Stadium parking lot is also on a first-come, first-served basis. Be aware that all roadways will close at 10:30 a.m. and at that point the handicap reserve area will no longer be available.
